I was born in the first half of the last century, after the end of World War Two, when Harry Truman was president of these here United States. Born the third child to first generation Americans whose four parents migrated from Italy at the dawning of the same century. My maternal grandparents caused nine children to enter this planet as well nine children from my paternal grandparents. All uncles served in World War Two and returned. I was raised in Brooklyn, attended Catholic School. Later to attend a public high school and the City University of New York.
